Hello, I’m Hannah! I’ve been working at the Legal Cafe for over a year. Before that, I spent about a year at another coffee shop. When I’m not here, you can probably find me at home watching a romcom or spending time with my loved ones.
After my previous coffee shop job, I knew I wanted to continue being a barista for at least a few more years. The coffee shop environment, the joy of putting a smile on someone’s face, and getting to know my customers is incredibly rewarding for me.
My go-to recommendation for anyone who stops by is our London Fog, which I prefer cold with a little bit of apricot syrup. If I need more caffeine or have an earlier shift, I always go for our cold brew with a little bit of white mocha and lavender.

Howdy! I’m Rosa. I’ve been serving and slinging coffee in Fort Worth for the last three years. It’s been an absolute pleasure meeting so many people through coffee, and having the opportunity to make their day a little better has been such a reward.
If you catch me behind the bar, I’ll most likely be drinking a chai cold brew with extra cinnamon. When I’m not brewing coffee, I’m probably working on a jigsaw puzzle and trying to get through my annoyingly long list of movies to watch.

Hi! My name is Athena 🙂 I have been immersed in the coffee industry for almost six years, with the past three years dedicated to managing the incredible team at The Legal Café and spearheading their social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Why stay in coffee this long? That’s easy! The adrenaline rush from crafting a unique experience that someone loves is always rewarding. This industry is not for the weak, and it takes a strong personality to continue to want to do it. Needless to say, caffeine fuels my days, and cold brew runs in my veins.
When I’m not at the shop, you’ll likely find me starting a new crafting project, tending to my home garden, or creating content videos for my own personal platforms.

Hi, I’m Nicole! 🎓 I graduated from the University of North Texas with degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I have a deep-rooted love for my hometown. On the side, I host a true crime podcast called “Behind Closed Doors.”
Professionally, I balance dual roles as an office coordinator and a legal intake specialist, managing everything from administrative tasks to initial client contact and case assessment.
When I’m not working or podcasting, you can find me at The Legal Cafe enjoying a London Fog with lavender or a coconut matcha, both with oat milk. I also love going for runs, spending time with my dogs, and watching Gossip Girl and Legally Blonde on repeat.
